EDC15 – Ultra-Slim 1,200 Lumen EDC Flashlight with UV

The EDC15 combines two complementary light sources in an exceptionally compact design: high-output white light for everyday illumination and ultraviolet light for inspection and detection applications.

Its NiteLab UHi 25 LED delivers a maximum output of 1,200 lumens, a maximum beam distance of 208 metres and a peak beam intensity of 10,886 cd. Four brightness levels allow the output to be adapted to different situations, ranging from the 1-lumen ULTRALOW level to the 1,200-lumen HIGH level.

The secondary light source provides UV output with a wavelength of 365 to 375 nm. Three UV power levels are available: 220 mW, 650 mW and 1,350 mW. The UV light can be used for applications including inspection, leak detection, document verification and various technical checks.

Operation is straightforward thanks to a slide switch and an M button. The slide switch controls the light and brightness levels, while the M button allows quick switching between white and UV light.

A precision metal orange-peel reflector produces a balanced beam combining useful throw with wide-angle illumination, making the EDC15 suitable for both everyday carry and professional inspection tasks.

The built-in 1,050 mAh Li-ion battery recharges directly through USB-C. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes using a 5 V / 2 A power supply. Power indicators show the remaining battery level.

At just 111 mm long and 16 mm thick, the EDC15 fits easily into a pocket. The included stainless steel clip also allows convenient attachment to a belt, bag or clothing.

Its high-strength stainless steel shell features a PVD coating for improved wear resistance. The flashlight is impact resistant to 2 metres and carries an IPX7 water resistance rating.

The EDC15 also incorporates NITECORE Advanced Temperature Regulation, which automatically adjusts output when required to control operating temperature. APC technology provides ultra-low standby power consumption.
