TrailSight – 1,200 Lumen Trail Running Flashlight – 530 m (Orange)

The NITECORE TrailSight is specifically designed for trail running and long-distance route finding. Used as a secondary light source, it can be carried around waist level alongside a headlamp to provide low-angle illumination. This helps reveal terrain variations, trail markers and obstacles while providing additional information about the route ahead.

Its NiteLab UHi 20 LED delivers a maximum output of 1,200 lumens, a maximum beam distance of 530 metres and a peak beam intensity of 70,347 cd. The comfortable neutral white light, with a colour temperature of approximately 4,500 K, helps reduce distracting reflections in challenging conditions such as rain, fog and snow.

The TrailSight provides three brightness levels of 1,200, 400 and 150 lumens. Its specially designed reflector combines long-range illumination with a wider field of light to provide useful visibility both ahead and around the runner.

Power is supplied by the included NITECORE NL1840R 4,000 mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery. This 18650 battery features its own USB-C charging port, allowing it to be charged directly without an external charger. Since the battery is replaceable, a spare can also be carried during long-distance events. Maximum runtime reaches 46 hours in LOW mode and 14 hours at 400 lumens.

The main power button features a mechanical sliding lock. With the flashlight switched off, the lock prevents accidental activation while it is carried in a bag or pocket. While the flashlight is operating, it can also prevent accidental shutdown during a run. Power indicators provide information about the remaining battery level.

The TrailSight uses a die-cast magnesium alloy body combined with a reinforced composite outer shell. This construction provides a balance of low weight, heat dissipation, thermal insulation and structural durability. The complete flashlight weighs only 121 g including the battery.

NITECORE's built-in Advanced Temperature Regulation system automatically adjusts output when required to control temperature and maintain reliable performance. APC technology also provides ultra-low standby power consumption.

With an IP68 rating, the TrailSight is protected against dust and can be submerged to a depth of 2 metres. It is also impact resistant to 1 metre, making it suitable for demanding trail running conditions.
